morocco Pocket Book, in or near
August., which contained two dojlais,
paper money, the bank not ri collected;

que't against Jordan Uiciiu'rdson and
Hwben Gdlmore, in Putnam Superior
Court ; also one note of hand, given
by me to Jesse Tanner, for one hun
dred and twenty five dollars, payable
25th December, 1321, doted the latter
part of the year 1820, ahoj one note
payable to I). &. B Suiiford, for about
three hundred dollars, a few days alter
dale, as well as lecollected— which
two notes have been satisfied, and am
determined not to pay the same again
unless compelled,—l omitted removing
my name although paid. Also, one
note on Thomas Colquette, payable to
Benjamin Colquette, fir two thousand
dollars, dated in July or August, 1819,
doe 25di December, 1821, has a credit
in March before clue for six hundred
dollars; one other credit in March af
ter due, for seven hundred dollars;
one, cotton receipt for two bales cot
ton stored at the warehouse of Sims &
Williams, of Augusta. All persons are
hereby forwarned from trading for any
of the said papers, and you, the mak
ers of said papers, are cautioned a
gainst payingßhetn to any peisun but
my se.f Any person finding said book,
and delivering it and contents to Mr.
Charles D. Williams, of Augusta, or to
the subscriber, Hancock* county, four
