Ten Dollars Reward.
RUNAWAY from the subscriber a
bout the 24th of June last, a negro
woman named LYDIA, from 22 to 25
years old, rather yellow complected,
small made, has a down look when spoken
to—she carriedaway with her a Northern
cotton frock, blue and white, and other
clothing—she was in Washington, in
Wilkes county, in company with Dr.
Brown’s and Mr. Golding’s fellows, on
their way to Virginia,—Brown’s boy was
caught, and the others got away.—
Brown’s boy says they will try to get lo
Virginia—Golding’s hoy came from there
—she may possibly be lurking about Au
gusta. The above reward, and all rea
sonable expenses will be paid to any per
son who will deliver her to the subscri
ber, living in Monlicello, Jasper county,
or lodged in any safe Jail, so 1 get her
