land in the counties,of Baldwin, Wilkinfan
and Wayne, ahd have not obtained grants
for them, are NOTIFIED, that such lots
as the Treafurerlhall not have received full
payment tor, on the firft day of September
next, will not, after that day, be granted
in the names of the perfons,who drew them ;
but will, agreeably to an aft, (pafTed the
1 oth of December, 1803) fupplemcnrary to
the several laws for making di'ftribution of
the lands in the aforefaid counties, “ revert
