M- December 11 - 6t ~~ ton SSIK fMHAT well known and valuable Public JL Stand, lying in Richmond County, four miles from Augusta, and on the main road leading from Augusta to savannah and at the junction of the Savannah and Louis ville roads. The tract contains 173 acres, all lying level, and handsome for cultiva tion, and produces com and cotton, well; it is the best of Pine-land in this country, and is wajl timbered. There is on the tract 51 acres of cleared land, and under a good fence; there is a new building 43 by 30 feet, two stories high with a piazza and balcony in front 19$ feet open, with bed-rooms at each end, above ami below; Also, tolerable good outbuildings and a spring of excellent water within 50 yards ol the building. This stand for public bu siness, is inferior to none in this hark of the country, taking into consideration its con venience to Augusta.
