"Equity of Redemption of a certain tract
or parcultif land lying, being and situate
in the county of Burke and State of Geor
gia, bounded as follows :—that is to say,
Northwardly by fend formerly owned and
possessed by .lordan Taylor ; Eastwardly
l)y James Tindal, Philip Thomas and John
Smith’s land; Southwardly by James Mar
tin** -and, and WeslWardly by Joshua
Nnnon’s land, containing one thousand
acres, more or less, having the creek rivu
let, or branch called the Rosemary, run
ning through a part of said tract or parcel
of land, which said tract or parcel of land
was on the sixth day of M«.y» in the year
of our Lord one thousand, eight hundred
ami seventeen mortgaged by the said Je
remiah Miller to the said Richard Rich
ardson, to secuie the payment of the sum
of three thousand three hundred and ele
ven dollars and eighty three cents, with the
kitereataccruing thereon, to he paid on the
first day of February next, after the date ,
of said mortgage, with interest from the
first diy of January, in the year of our
Lord, one thousand, eight hundred and
seventeen, and agreeable to the condition
<>l a bond bearing even date with said
mortgage—On motion of Felix J. Hums,
attorney for the ssitl Richard Richardson;
ft is Ordered that the said Jeremiah Miller
do within twelve months pay into the
Clerk’s office the principal, interest, and
cost due on said mortgage, or in default
thereof, the equity of redemption in the
aaid mortgaged premises will from thence
forth be for ever foreclosed and hared.
It is further ordered that a copy of the
foregoing rule he published in one of the
public gazettes of this state, once a month
for twelve months, or he personally serv
ed on the said Jeremiah Miller six months
before the time appointed for (he pay
ment of the money into court as aforesaid.

that the principal, interest, and cost he

this dry, otherwise the equity of redemp
tion ii and to the mortgaged premises w ill
be from henceforth foe ever hared and
foreclosed, and this rule he published in
one of the public gazettes of this state,
once in every month until the time ap
pointed by this rule for payment, or a co
py served upon the said administrator of
the mortgagor or hia special agent, at least
six months previous to the time the mo
ney is directed to he paid into court.
