Upon the Petition of the Planters’ Bank, of the stale of Georgia, praying the foreclosure of the equity of redemption, in and to two lots of in (he county snd state aforesaid, and city of Augusta, in thoplari of lots laid out at the upper end of Broad street, in said, city of Augus ta, by Daniel Sturges, Surveyor General, on the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred St eighteen, lying on the south tide of Broad street, as numbers fifteen and sixteen, containing thirty feet end), front on -.rid Broad-street, and extending back to Ellis street; which said lots of land were mortgaged on the first day of July, one thousand eight hun dred and eighteen, by Patrick McDovvall, in his life tine, to Burns McKinne, to se cure the payment of the sum of fifteen hundred and twenty-seven collars and a half, w hich said mortgage, the said Barna McKincc, assigned to the Planters’ Bank, of the state of Georgia, on the twenty ninth of July, one thousand eight hun dred and nineteen, upon which there is now due the sum of five hundred and nine dollars and seventeen cents, besides inter ests as is stated. THE proprietors of the Auj, usta line of Stages caution travellers from taking seats between the established offices, without having their names inserted on tire way bill. A practice Iras hitherto ex isted of suffering persons to enter the stage, to the grear inconvenience o r those who have taken regular seats, a.ul which yields no profit to the proprietors. It cannot be allowed for the future. The greatest attention will be paid to the ac comodation of the regular passengers; which consideration docs not admit of the carriage being overcrowded by inter lopers. Nov. 12—ts To he Rented.
