No one remedy Is loudor called for by the necessi

no harm can arise from its use in any <punUty.
That which protects from or prevents this disorder
must be of immenae service in the communities
where it prevails. /Veoenhon is better than cure, for
the patient escapes the riak which he must run in vio

Da. Boll—Dear Sir: My husband, Dr. O. 8. Jotan-
m, was a skillful surgeon snd physician in Central
New York, where he died leaving the above C. P. John
son to my care. At thirteen years of age, he had a
chronic diarrhoea and scrofula, for which I gave him
vour Sarsaparilla. It concD him. I have
fer ten years recommended It to many iu New
York, Ohio aud Iowa, for scrofula, fever sores
snd general debility. Perfect success has at
tendee! it. The cures effected in some cases of
scrofula sud fever sores were almost miraculous. I am
very anxious for mj sou to again hav* recourse to your
Sarsaparilla. He is fearful of getting a spurious article,
hence his writing to you for it. His wounds were ter
rible, bat I believe ho will recover.

WORTHY OP ATTENTION.
To Dr. Ihomas A. Harley:
1 hereby certify that during Uat year I wae attacked
with the ague whilst in Vicksburg. Miss., and used
several popular medicine* with but temporary reik-f.
On reaching home the disease returnedla a worse type,
if possible, when my medical attendant ordered Quin
ine in large doses—frequently as high as 60 grains per
dsv, sud which must hsve cost ine nearly $100. I con
sulted Dr. Huitli, of Louisville, aud found he prescrib
ed quinine and arsenic combined, which I refused to
take, preferring to let the disease take its course. I was
almost bloodless, extremely exhausted, snd pronounc
ed with enlarged Liver and Bpleen. About this time,
the advertisement of Uurley r s Ague Tonic appeared in
a city paper, and I determined to give it a trial. I did
so, and have no reason to regret it. One bottle restored
me completely, and since thst time I hsve seen nearly
a hundred case* iu which it acted with equally happy
results, snd would certainly recommend It as prefera
ble to any other tonic beforo the public.
