article. Sales of 150 Baltimoie Hams at 14 cts.
Spirits. —In domestic liquors, sales of N. E.

ertions in the good cause. In order, therefore, to
induce our friends to form clubs for the promotion
of the cause, we shall, after the first of August,
reduce the price to FIFTY CEN IS a copy, or two
copies for ONE DOLLAR.
Those, therefore, who desire to have their names

Let our friends be vigilant and active, and our
success is certain. All the people want is light,
and if we have a corresponding effort on the part
of the friends of Reform, they shall ha ve light.

Wood, a trader from Georgia, and his mother is in
Millodgevil c; it is thought he will try to get there.

Jackson, of Augusta, or place him in a safe Jail

LHuf plantation,! ear Quincy, Florida,on
the Slh utt., a negro fellow by the name of Joshua.
He is about 30 years old, 6 feet high, inclines to
to stoop forward when walking, commonly wears
large whiskers. He had on, when he left, a blue
twilled homespun coat and osnaburg pantaloons.
He sometimes calls himself Joshua Bush, having
formerly belonged to a family by that name, near
the Lower Three Runs, in the State of South Car
olina. Joshua is well known in the city of Sa
vannah, on the Savannah river, and in Augusta,
Ga., where he is aiming to get; and from there,
very probably, he will make his way to Charles
ton, S. C. 1 have some reason to believe he has a
forged pass.
The above reward will be given for his ap
prehension and delivery to me at my plantation in
Florida, or SSO if lodged in the State of Georgia or
South Carolina, so that I can get him.
