Come, let us all join in a chorus
And -limit it along a; we go,
Our song, the Whig prospi ct before us.
And tae Hero or I ippecanoe.
When the savages invaded our border.
And thousands most shockingly slew.
He drove the n with d -atb and disorder,

When the British and Indians united.
Believing tney’d conquer their foe,
M sf bravely Fort Meig* saw recited,
The scene- ol old Tippecanoe.
Fur an age he nai served hem in earnest,
And ever was faithful and true ;
And o.ir country ’s now reaping the harvest.
Was planted by Tippecanoe.

To come out before t.iem anew,
For one single term to ins all him.
Our President —Tippecanoe.
The Whigs have all bui led dissention,
As patriots ever shoul I do,
And have sworn to a man in convention,
To stand by old Tippecanoe.
The locos have chuckled, denying
That whigi-tn ever will do ;
But asioni-hed, they hear the whole nation
Huzza for old Tippecanoe.
The republican banner is waving,
Unfurling its folds to the view.
On ! Whigs let your motto be, “ union,”
And rally rou;.d Tippecanoe.
Ye foes to misrule and corruption,

And we’ J shout at next Monday’s election
