The locality of the fire likewise brought forward in full force tiie necessity of urging attention to j tHat clause of the 2nd section of the General Ordi nance w hich relates to the requisition of draymen appearing witir casks of water at every fire. — Whilst ibe Ordinance offers a reward for the faith ful performance of this duty, it provides also a pen- | ally for it*- neglect.
