The diftiict of ftidgetowu Ihall comprehend the counties of Glouceller, Salem, Cumberland and Cape May, (that part of Gloucester county excepted, which is inr • eluded within tbe-'dift-ritt of Burlington) and all the waters thereof, heretofore vyithm the jurifdiCtion of the said date ; and the town of Salem, Port Elizabeth on Maurice river, and Stilwell’s landing on Great Egg-harbour, lhall be ports of delivery only; and a collector for the diftritt lhall be appointed, torelide'o-t Bridgetown. In the ftiie of MARYLAND (hall be ftine d drifts, to wit: Baltimore, Chefler, Oxford, Vienna, Snow-Hill, Annapolis, Nottingham, Nanjemoy and George-Town. The diftritt of Baltimore (hall include Patapfco, Sufijue lianna and Elk rivers, aud. all the waters and fliores on tli dt weft fide of Chefapcake Bay, from the mouth of Magetty river to the fouth fide of Elk river inclusive, in whi’ch Havre de Grace and Elkton (hall be ports of deli very only ; and a nuvul-oHicer, collector and surveyor, lhall be appointed for the said di fhiCl, to relide at the town of Baltimore, which lhall be the foie port of eatry.
