Silver-Bluff Lands.

lying in Richmond county, Georgia;
Edgefield and Barnwell didridU, South-
Caroiina, confiding of about 12,600 a
errs cf land, of which 2000 acres are
high liver fwan;p. io Georgia, and the
remainder of about 1000 acre* of high
river swamp, and 9600 of excellent cot
ton orpine land, in South Carolina; on
the Carolina fide is one of the bed Mill
Seats in this flat?, on Hollow and Iron
creeks united, on which are a Saw Mill
of feur Saws, a Grist Mill and two pair
of Stones, and a Cotton Saw Gin, with
water for the whole in the driest seasons.
The Lands in Carolina will, after reserv
ing a fufiioiency for the Saw Mills, be laid
off into fmali Plantations, to suit pure ha
fers and settlers.

maindcr in one and two years, with in

and her friends in the Country, for the
liberal encouragement she has met with
from them ; flic takes the liberty of in
forming them that she has taken that
large and elegant situation, eppofite the
Academy, formerly occupied by Mr.
Lubbock, far the better accommodating
of those committed to her charge ; she
still continues to teach needle work in
all its elegant branches, viz flourifhing,
tambour, embroidery, philligree, flieil
work, artificial flowers and fruit, read
ing and waiting. She has room for a
number of boarders, but will teach no
young laduJrom the country except they
board wjflnher, but will accommodate
any who may be sent to any

Bath Stage Couchce.
JOSEPH ASHTON informs his friends
in particular, and the public in gene
ral, that he has provided a neat Coachec
and Horses, which will run every day
from Ash ton’s Tavern in Augusta, to the
Richmond Baths, commencing on Mon
day the 17th of May; the Coachee ftarrs
from APnton’a at half past fix o’clock in
the morning, and arrive at the Baths a’
nine—Returning, leave the Baths at halt
after four, and arrive in Augutla at 7 o’
clock, the fame evening. The terms of pas
sengers is one dollar and a half each, -to
the Baths, and the fame returning, with
14 pounds baggage allowed to each pas.
