Nowland;, whereby he mound himfeii in
the penal sum of one hundred pounds ster
ling, conditioned tor make good and
lawtul titles to 200/ acres of land in
Wilkes county, on me wa era of Litt e
river, and on Rcadj/crcek, wheieon the
said Harkins then lived, which said bond
has since been aligned over to your
petitioner, ard the said Thomas failing
to comply with the condition of said
bond in his lire time,
It is ordered by the Court, That the
adminiltiator of said '1 homas Harkins
be compelled to make titles to the land
aforefaid to said Dixon, or shew fuffi i
cut cause to the contrary within the
term of three months from this date, and
