lowing, to wit:
« RESOLVED, That his Excellency
“ the Govcrnorbc and he is hereby autho
f‘ rifed and requeued, to purine fuchraca
« fores as in his judgment may moil cf
« fcdually afeertain, and coiled, all just
« claims which the citizen: of this ftatc
•« may have against the Creek Nation of
“ Indians; which said claims, (hall, befote
“ they are exhibited, be duly authenti
« cated by the oath of one or more dis
“ interested persons, taken and certified
u by any judge, justice of the peace, or
“ clerk of the superior or interior
“ courts.” Having pafled both branches
of the legislature, and received the aflent
of the executive— it is

claims against the Creek Nation of In
dians, fpr property of any deferiytion by
them taken or plundered, be and they
are hereby required, to transmit the fame
as soon as polfible to the executive depart
ment, authenticated in. the manner by
the afore recited resolution pointed out.

HORSE, about fourteen hands and an

fide of his back, he is lop ear’d and ro
man nosed, he has two bridle teeth on
one fi.lc of his under jaw, he trots and
canters with noble fpitit. Any person
that will deliver me the said Hurfe lhall
