The flock of cattle and horses of the said dcceafed, not heretofore fold; the plantation u ter fils, a waggon, and some corn and fmal) grain. On the fame day, will be rented* for one year, the Plantation whereon the dcceafed formerly lived, adjoining the town of Sparta, with a hand some dwelling-house and ci ther improvements. . On Saturday the 27th, at the plantati on of the deceased, on Island creek, will be fold* the remaining flock of horfea and cattle, the plantation utenftis, and crop of corn and wheat. At the fatoc time will be rented, for one year, a Plan tation lying on Iflaud creek, under a good fence, with a commodious dwel ling-house, out houses, and a good cot ton gin; for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.
