STOLEN from Mr. landing, near Savannah,
cn the 6th infiant, a ew cypress CANOE, near 27
feet long and 4 feet 3 inches wide, and rows with fix oars.
Whoever takes up the laid canoe, lhall receive ten (hillings
reward, on delivering it to HLGH BURN.

WHEREAS the fubferiber, in a few mofcths, proposes
to depart the province, therefore delires all perfens
who are anyways indebted to him to m*fce fpeedjr payment,
dthcrwil'e mud put all his outstanding dfcbts into the hands
of an attorney. And all persons who havepny demands 00
him are desired to bring in their accounts for'payment.
He hath to foil THREE TOWN LOTS in Savannah,
and fevera! valuable TRAC 1 Sos LAND, viz.
♦A tract, containing 1000 acres, known by the name of
Vale Royal, of which 220 acres is exceeding good rice land;
also 281 acres rice land opposite to it on Hutcninfon s iiland,
a large new barn, rice pounding machine by water, a good
ovtriork houfc, with fever J other improvemenfs, a mile
and a half fra Savannah, as w ell situated for pleasure and
profit as any tra& in Georgia.
One tra£l, containing 800 acres, commonly known by
the name of the Sabine” Field , formerly Mr. Thorny Bur.
rington’s, about two miles and a half from Sa\annah, ex
ceedingly well timbered with white and bavs and
pines, exceeding good land, at lead 200 acres of good rice
land, anew barn 72 feet by 64, a good dwelling-houfc, and
other improvements. *
One trafl, containing 350 acres, tw r o miles from Savan
nah on the Ogechee road, chiefly high fwaipp, pleasantly
situated, hath on it a dwelling-house, bain, and other im
provements.
One trail, containing 500 acres, on Little Ogechee, very
good, without improvements; it joins Mr. Haberfham s land.
One trad, containing 1000 acres, in Halifax, fronting on
Savannah river opposite Matthews’s Bluff,, the richefl kind
of river swamp, well timbered with oaks and cvprefs. This
trak takes in two or three acres of high land for.aiettiemdnr.
One other trad in Halifax, containing 450 upou
the river, a noted place for a ferry, opposite to Mr. Blake s

The three tracts above to be fold, if desired, altogetlur,
which will make it a valuable trad, and is about three uias
at molt from a landing.
