Onr •eailers have noticed and appreciated our succem. It has been beyond onr most sanguine expectations, and is giving tho fullest satisfaction to tho public. Onr telegraphic columns of yesterday morning exhibited a signal triumph, of which wo aro justly prond. Orr, it will be remembered, was Military Governor of South Caroli na, under Andy Johnson, and sinee that time has been a sort of Democratic Re publican, or a Republican Democrat- disagreeing with both parties, probably so because noither took to him very affectionately.
