Kimball A Cn.
We ham, heretofore, stated that Opr.
Bullock is believed to hnvo made illegal
use of the bonds of the State of Georgia,
as weD as indorsed railroad bonds; bat
about which no definite information
ooold be obtained. It has been certainly
knows, that by bis order the entire
amount of bond* *to be iaauad to the
Brunswick and Albany Ball rood, when
Ibat road should be completed, has been
executed and delivered to him by bis or
der, notwlthatanding the road Is far from
being completed; and their exeentlou,

V. K, Stevenson far Mr. Quit, and ool

8. Another draft, precisely the same aa
be foregoing, every way, exoapt the
mount, which is 31,053 31.
All tbo foregoing seems to be for
freights dno connecting roads by the
State Road, under Blodgett's toiruisuage-
ment. The money collected here was
used for some other purpose than psy’ig
other roads, and then Blodgett and
leas A Co. for money
ey had o the* * iae oquon
dared.
The following draft on Clews is curi
ous, oafi aeada explanation:
V. Tt is dated 26th December, 1870-
fbe day before the lease, and directs
Clews A Co., to pay to tbe order of I. P.
Harris, Xreaaurer, Thirty litouumd ftof-
furs, sirty-fiva days after date. It b
signed by Blodgett, and ia indorsed by
k. P. Harris, Treasurer Westrrn and At-

for value received in freU/ld can. It is
indorsed, Tennessee Car Company, by
E. N.' Kimball, Manager, and by J.
C. Sfidham A Co., and was protested for
non-payment by Tliomrs S. Moore, No
even, is contrary to law, and that said
bonds asoaoi be tonnd in th. Executive f Anotheri ^ ^ „
It is known also that s large amo wft'oi
Slats bonds has bsea issued, but the
smonnt sold bat not been aaceitained!
nor has it been possible to learn what
use ha* been made ol them, or where
they could ba found.
Bat light is breaking in. Bollock's
