Anderson was solicited to arrest Bkyles on Tuesday evening, so that he might be carried (o Dade count; on the 11 o'clock train. He objected, urging that he should not he dragged away from bis home suddenly as be has treated others. This sugges tion was adopted. It is true that Skylea went to the Bar racks and tried to claim military protec tion from civil arrest and trial, hut it was refused. J .
