before the country for approval of the

fail to sustain them before the people of
the North. But if our Bepresentativos

tiny must either lu* admitted or rejected
for some other cause. That other causa
must be tho refusal of the people of tho

is precisely the issue wo wish to compel
these radicals to make, if they are de
termined to make an issue upon which
to exclude our representatives. We have

we have to be excluded from Congress
