THE CAUSE OP PATNFOL DISCHAC
GES FROM ihHE BOWELS.—There Is a
great Htyatfelj abollt ’pbysi'C, which cvea ii>
these R. R. R. days tbs people hare not yet
•ecu tho interpretation. Wo will endeavor to
unravel a lew folds of this mysterious mummy
that have been shrouded in darkness so many
centuries. Mr. Smith complains that every
passage he has from the bowels, lie suffers great
pain, aod feels -very week and faintish," a
sort of soreness and irritation is felt after every
svacuation, be has to take pills or straining that
adisebirge takes place. Mr. Smith’s case is
the case of thousands of otherswho complain of
Liver Complaint, < onstipation of the Bowels,
Costiveness, Indigestion frequent attacks ol
Bitliousness, und every once in a while power
ful Diarrhoea discharges. Mr. Smith and
many others take salts and senna common dni
tic pills. Blue pi ls, calomel and julnp, rhu
barb and Magnesia, and other ineffective arid
drastic draining cutbartics, the cff.ct. of which
is to irritate the mncus membrane and ir.tes
tines, to cause ulcers and sores to cover the
sirfaee of the intestines and bowels, the drain
ings the bowels suffer weaken them, and the
irritations caused by these drastics irritants
H^avo them sore and painful. Whenever u dis
charge takes his place It is like scratching a raw
sore on the surface ; the more drastic pills are
taken the weaker and sorer the bowels become.;
This drastic purging kills the bowtls, nrg'ects
the liver, kidneys, bladder, Nerves, and other
organs, consequently, those who commence
physicing with these drastic pills have to con
tinue their use, to be afliicted with a distressing
discharge, or none at all. Radway's Regula
tors supply this great deficiency, which has so
long been needed ; one of Radway's Regula
tors will heal all sores that may be in the bow
els, will force the Liver, Kidneys, Bladder
Heart and Bowels to the regular performance
of their several functions, nud will secure to
all a pleasant and easy discharge from the bow
els, at a regular time. Radway’s Regulators
heals purges, regulates and corrects all un
healthy conditions of the bowels, Liver, Kid
neys, Nerves, Skin und Heart.

On Saturday last a mule, the proparty of Mr.
John W. Ransom, of Russell county, Alabama,
was violently attacked with cholic in the otreei

less relieved. Two ounces, liquid incisure, of
Eureka Oil was administered and in five min

This new and valuable mixture is certainly a
great acquisition to the list of remedies hereto
fore before the public, which, in addition to the
many reliefs it has given man, is now found to
be invaluable for the horse, in the cure ofbots

DR. J. A. TAYLOR,
Sir : I regret to say to you that tor a long
time I suffered most severely from that horrid
disease dyspepsia, aud all its evil attendant.
Life, itself, almost became a burthen. R me-
dy after remedy was tried—medical advice
sought from time to time—but all would not
do. Heart burns, sour eructations, a difficulty
in breathing', pain in the head, and ninny oili
er ills to which llesb is heir, were the torments
of my life. At last, I tried your Elixir, and
. since then have found relief. Upon my ease-
it has operated as a charm. lean now eat
with some satisfaction, and sleep without beiug
troubled with frightful dreatu3. In truth, Sir.
to your Elixir I owe aknott a new existence,
and you are at liberty to publish this to the
world should you think proper to do so.
