Houston Sheriffs Sales.
W ILL be sold before tlie Court House
door in the town of Perry, Houston
County, Georgia, ou the first Tuesday in
AUGUST next,, during the legal hours of
side, the following property, to wit:
One house an'* lot in the town of Fort
V iiey and thirty acres of land adjoining
and belonging to su:d house and lot. and
bouuded cn the west and north by W. J.
Anderson, and ou 1 he south and east by
the public road running from Fort Yailey
to Macon. Levied on as the property of
S. H. J. Hist rank, to satisfy a Fi-fa in fa
vor of Martin &. Colyar vs S. H. J. Sis-
trunk.
Also, ut the same time and place, 460
acres of land in tlie ninth district of Hous
ton county nos 256, 257 and 258,—levied
puast.e property cf J. A. Floaruov, to
saiisfv state and county tux fi. fa. for the
year 1873.
Also, at the s ims time and place, one
i ugle buggv, and one office secretary, — lev
el on and sold as the property of J. B. Bar
rett, to satisfy an execution fron May term
1874 of Hpnston Suprior Court in favor of
Martha A vane vs. J. B. Barrett, principal,
and J. H. Anderson, security.
Also, at the same time and place, one
Herring’s safe and one office desk, —levied
on as the property of Calvin G. Wheeler,
to sat'.sly an execution from Houston Supe
rior Court returnable to December Term
1874, in favor of A. S. Hartridge vs. Cal-
ViU G. Wheeler. Property pointed out by
plaintiffs attorney.
