Hopkins, Judge of the Supe rior Court in said State aud County : The petition of John B. Gordon, A. H. Colquitt, H. T. Coffee, b. B. Buckner and W. A. Slaymaker, all citi zens of Georgia, except H.{T. Coffee, a citizen of Mem phis, Tenn., and S. B.
