CORONERS JURY. Coroner Mackall was duly notified ol ibe death, and with the assistance of Lieut. C*d- wallader yesterday morning, procured the fol lowing jury of inquest: John Cain, foreman ; John Short, F. W. Heath, Leonard Burbank, James Taylor, George Tyler, Andrew J. Doyle, Charles H. Mnllenburg, A. S. Gettier, B. Cherry, Henry Shelly aud E. P. Coale. VIEWING THE BODY. The jury proceeded to the house where the deceased lay and viewed the body previous to hearing the testimony. The corpse was on u bed in the back room in the third story of the house, which had been oecnpied by the de cs ised when living. The room had no car pet upon the floor, and contained, beside tbe bed, a snfall cooking stove, two or three chairs, an old trunk or two, and some rude- iooking pictures. TESTIMONY IN THE CASE.
