This house has x stock of notions snd fancy goods
that compare favorably with that of any bouse in the
South. Their place of businesa is No. — Decatur

Their hosiery*department is very full. They have all
sty lea and sizes for both sexes—price varying from
60 cents to $8 per dozen. They invite competition in
this line from any house in the State.
They also have a very heavy stock of
gloves, from the commonest buck to the finest
kid. They are making a specialty of perfumery and
soap. They buy direct from the N ew York aud Phila

low figures. They Import guae, pistole, cartridges,
and are also Importers of steel cutlery of all kinds,
from the lowest grades to Wostenbolm k Sons’ best.
They are Laving a hoary run on Wade k Butcher's

buyer. The price of their undershirts varies from
six to thirty-six dollars per dozen; The millinery de

twice aa heavy a stock ia ribbons as any house in the
etty. Their line of tflmssed bat*, for fatdiea and chil
dren, is very full. The assortment is complete, and
they defy compeUoti in prices.
They have this season added a new feature to their
business in the way of drees goods, casbiueree and
jeans, paying particular attention to the sale of Cobb
eiunfy jeans from the Concord Mill*. They have a
fall tt-Kk of furs. Auottur one of their specialties is
