The trial of Marshal Bizaine was resumed at noon to-day. The attendance was larger than on any day since the opening. The President of the court began his examination of the accused by stating he should consider the prisoner’s responsibility commenced with the 12th day of August. He, however, put sev eral questions in regard to events before that date, in reply to questions concerning the disaster of Foibach. Bazuine said he had no knowledge that orders were given to tbc Generals direct.
