To cure—take Dr. Pierce's Golden Medical Discovery earnestly, to correct the blood and system, which are always at fault, also to act specifically, as it dots, upon the diseased glands and lining membrane of the nose and its communicating chambers. The more I see of this odious disease, the more positive is rny belief tbat if we would make treatment perfectly successful tn curing it, we must use constitutional treatment to act through the blood, as well as a soothing and healing local application. Its rtpntation, however, is not confined to such localities. Wherever the el ements of disease are rile it is the surest safe guard of health; wherever sickness prevails, it is efficacious as a remedy. Among the se rious diseases which it is guaranteed to con trol are indigestion, biliousness, and all the minor ailments connected with derangements of the stomach, the liver, and the bowels— such as heartburn, headache, flatulence, cos- tiyeness, nausea, distaste for food, languor and debility, palpitation of the heart, trem bling of ilia hands, noises in the ear, disor dered vision, disturbed sleep, and mentai in quietude.
