rison with 116 cords of good, sound Oak Wood, of
I an upland growth. The cord to measure 128 cubic
feet, and to consist of straight, round slicks, rut
in lengths of 4 feet, and to tie not less than three
inches in diameter, nor to exceed fix. Sticks of a
larger size than six inches if reduced to proper di
mensions hy spliiting, will he admissible; out no
cord shall be composed of more than one ba f split

der by Isaac Van Lear, to secure the payment of
three hundred and sixty dollars, besides interest,

said Van Lear shall appear and discharge said debt
