three hundred aad sixty dollars, besides interest,

Her engine is a lever I cam, of SO horse power,
built by (I. Reeder, of Baltimore, tinder the parti
cular inspection of the late W. Scarborough, Esq.
Her boiler is new, having bee* is nse but a few
months; it was built by Fawcete, Fusion & Co. of
Liverpool, at a cast of $6,500. Her cabin is well
furnished with 12 berths, wash room and water
closet!.
The boat is well found with anchor,chain,cables,
hawsers, cooking and cabin stoves,cabin furniture,
bedding, kc., and is now in good order for business.
T he sale will he positive.
The terms of sale —1-3 cash, balance 3, 4 and 6
months for approved paper.
