Almost every man, woman and
child in the land is familiar with
Lew C;o - roll’s popular fairy tale of
“Alice in Wonderland. ’ It is
comparatively of recent date, how
ever, that the hook has been dram
atized and set to music, hut the
success Ims been remarkable. The
peculiar and odd characters which
Alice saw in her wonderful dream
will Im* enacted on the stage, inter
spersed wiih bright songs, special
lies, marches, dances, etc
In order to do justice to Miss
Leonard’s work it will require
about lot) of Winder’s host talent
who will he assigned to the various
speaking and singing parts hy Miss
Patterson, an instructor from New
York. Preliminary training will
commence soon, and in due time
other instructors will arrive from
N. w York to assist in rehearsals.
The entire production is under the
management of C'ol. John b. Bragg,
of New York.
