of the Burke County Juvenile Court,

parents only.

This notice is given to Lenzy Brown
in regard to tax sale property located
in Burke County, the right to redeem
the following described property, to
wit: That lot or parcel of land with
improvements thereon consisting of
a dwelling lying, situated and being
in the City of Waynesboro 60-62nd
District G. M. of Burke County,
Georgia and being the Northern
half of what is known as Lot No.
Sixty-eight (68) of part Two (2) of
Magnolia Acres, having a frontage
of Sixty (60) feet on the South side
of Holly Street and running back in
a general Southerly direction from
said Holly Street along its Eastern
boundary for a depth of Fifty-four
and four-tenths (54.4) feet, more
or less, and for a depth along its
Western boundary for a distance of
Sixty-two and two-tenths (62.2) feet,
more or less, from Holly Street and
bounded as follows: North by Holly

on Lot No. 68 owned by parties of
