Mutt Pay
Looting the public seems to have
developed Into a national pastime
but the guilty fall hard when Justice
overtakes them. A man who steala
from the treasury of his health is
just as g -tlty as the fellow who dis
honestly secures wealth and the In
exorable laws of nature will mucli
snore certainly run him down.
A Money-Saver

?way Just to rend the gauge. They
decided to make the water report tti
#*n level by telephone. Now they
Jflst take down the receiver and the
number of the gauge reading is auto
matically spoken to them. A float
connected with the telephone does the
trick.
