On the 20th day of April, 1990,
BARRY L. JONES executed a Security
Deed to JAMES LEE HAMPTON. JR. to
secure a Promissory Note of even date
therewith in the original principal amount
of Twenty-Eight Thousand Thirteen and
No/100 Dollars ($28,013.00), together
with all renewals and extensions thereof,
said indebtedness being due and
payable in accordance with the terms
and conditions contained in said Note,
said Security Deed being of record in
Deed Book 878, Pages 692-693, Clerk's
Office, Houston Superior Court.
By virtue of the power of sale con
tained in said Security Deed, there will
be sold by the undersigned at public
outcry to the highest bidder, for cash,

The indebtedness secured by said
Security Deed has been and is hereby
declared due because of a default in the
payments thereon. The debt remaining in
default, this sale will be made for the

penses of this sale, including attorney's

Notice has been given of intention to
collect attorney's tees in accordance
with the terms of the Note secured by

Sections 44-14-162 through 44-14-162.4

1990, addressed to BARRY L. JONES.
Said property shall be sold as the
property of BARRY L. JONES, and his
successors in title, subject to outstand
ing ad valorem taxes, easements, and

records in Houston County and other re
