Hla hlalory, hla symptoms and tha available physical signs Indicate the existence of tuberculosis of the lunge and of th* larynx. Th* upper portions of both lung* are affected to a considerable degree—the right slightly more than th* left. He sneaks with difficulty and only In a whispered vole*. He ha* a very trou blesome cough, accompanied by abun dant muco-purulent expectoration. Able to Walk About II* la evidently greatly reduced In weight and strength, though he can eaelly stand erect and walk unassisted about th* room and corridors—neither the emaciation nor th* debility la ex treme. At no time since hie Incarcera tion has he been confined to bed. He has been up and dressed every day. .
