When found Green's clothing was on Are, his body being badly charred around the heart and side, where the bullets took effect, and a roll of money was partially bunted. The feet of the men were less than a foot apart, showing that they faced each other when they were killed. At Green's right hand lay a Sf-rollber revolver, with four emtpy chambers. Near Marshall's rfght hand was a 41- caliber six-shooter,, with five empty chambers, while a tt-catlber ptatol, which had not been fired, waa at his left hand.
