C., March 10.—When Federal court opened thla morning a certificate waa read from Dr. Charles Roberteon, the attending physician on J. W. Hasty, the ex-revenue officer, on trial since last Monday for alleged false reporte of destruction of ttllle, that It was Impossible to state when he would be well enough to leave the hoepllal. Judge Boyd ordered a mis trial and discharged the Jury. The case was set to be tried egaln at the opening ot the court/Monday, April I. Judge Boyd gave notice that on Thursday of this week sentence would he passed on those formerly convicted of alleged frauda against the govern ment.
