D. B. tVoodburn occurred Satur day afternoon at 1:4* o'clock at his home on Thomastoh street. He had been 111 for several weeks. Mr. Wood- burn came to this city last September from Rochelle. He was president of the Citizens' Bank, of Rochelle, and owned large turpentine Interests there and In other points of. South Georgia and Florida. He was A member of the Presby terian church, a Shrlner, a Knight Templar, Royal Arch Mason, master Mason, an Elk and a K. of P. He Is survived by bis wife, formerly Mias Hattie El Simmons, n relative of the late Chief Justice Simmons, and seven children, all of whom reside here.
