May 28.—Three men, two white and a negro, were injured yes terday when the scarfolding at tho At lantic Compress Company gave way and the men fell a distance of thirty feet. Robert L. Macon, Ga., May 28.—In the matter ot the case against Cornelius O'Con- nelt, petition for attachment for con tempt, which was due to be heard In the United Btates court yesterday. Judge Speer decided to postpone the matter until June 2, after the case of Tom Battle has been heard.
