A PLAIN TALK
TO SOUTHERN RAIL
WAY MEN
EMPLOYED NEAR IN
MAN YARDS.
We have recently put on
sale a subdivision of lots be
tween Howell Station and
Inman Yards at $100 a lot.
We are selling them on
terms of $5 down and $5 a
month without any interest.
These teims are so easy and
the price so small that near
ly anyone can easily buy and
pay for one of the lots. By
depositing $5 every month
for 20 months you get a deed
to any lot you select.
The subdivision lies in the
eastern half of land lot 225,
17th district. The adjoining
land lot on the north is al
most entirely occupied by
the Southern railway shops
and yards, and the new W. &
A. shops and yards. The ad
joining land lot on the south
includes a subdivision by E.
W. Grove known as West
Atlanta Park on the River
car line. The subdivision
we arc offering for sale lies
in between the big railroad
yards and developments
along the River car line.
We have almost a hun
dred acres divided up into
lots 50 feet front and 140
feet back. All the streets
are 40 feet wide. The land
in that portion of Fulton
county lies rolling, but well
drained, and without any
swamps. Some of the lots
are very pretty, lying at
nice building grade and a
great many of them have
fine big oak trees, being in
original forest. Now it is
fair to assume that any good
building lot located in such
a section, surrounded by in
dustrial enterprises employ
ing a large number of men,
is a safe purchase at $100. In
fact, there are very few lots
you can buv anywhere in
Fulton county at
