For the full fiscal yenr which ends with June the exports of wheat. The Anal Judgment regarding the govern ment wheat report was that It was more favorable than had been expected and that It should be properly rated as an encouraging development for the flnancla! situation. Wheat options broke heavily again this morning, the fall be ing aaslsted by accounts of improved conditions In foreign harvests. But In the stock market little happened to af ford a cue to the active trading ele ment, and the opinions of this class of speculators were very much mixed. Prices opened about where they left off last night, following a featureless mar ket for American stocks In London. The movement from then on was ex tremely Irregular and for the most part the trndlng was very dull. But shortly before midday the special strength of Reading begun to attract attention and on rumors that the dividend would be raised to 6 per cent the stock advanced 2 points. On this the rest of the list hardened, and while there was little activity the absence of any free offer ing of stocks was very conspicuous. New York.
