Hatley, and her daughter, Annie Rntley, a fatal wreck would have oc curred on the Atlantic and Yadkin branch of the Atlantic Coast Line rail road. While the letter does not apply particularly to Atlanta, tt Is said that the decision to send Instruc tions of this kind all over the country wus the result of active political work by office-holders In the North. Columbus, Ga.. July 10.—At a stormy meeting of the Board of Trade Monday night twenty members withdrew from the hall on the passage of jhe resolu tion to the legislature against prohibi tion. The test vote showed 21 for to 20 against the resolution. The ’’antis, seeing no showing under ruling of President Loewenhera, withdrew.
