The beautiful luncheon at which Mrs, Reuben Arnold entertained at the Capital City Club Wednesday was a compliment to Mrs. Harvey Hill. Duke, president of the Amer ican Tobacco Company, is of Interest to a large circle of the bride's friends throughout the state. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Dr. J. B. Bur rell, pastor of the Marble Collegiate church, at the residence of Mrs. Wil liam Bchuylsr Btackpole, 2X0 Bt. Johns place, Brooklyn. Only a few Intimate friends witnessed the quiet ceremony. The bride woe accompanied by her mother, Mrs. Holt, and by her young son, Master Walker P. Inman, Jr. Mrs. Btackpole, at whose home the marriage took place, Is. an old frlond of Mrs. Holt, tho bride's mother. After the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Duke left In an automobile for their handsome country estate at Somerville, N. J., where their honeymoon will be apent.
