W. O. Foote, chairman of the com mittee which has had the proposition under consideration for several weeks, will submit a report at the meeting which will embody the general Idea upon which the club Is to be run. Thte report will be subject to change upon suggestions of those present, should It be deemed advisable, as It Is proposed to operate the club by the people of AtlanU for the benefit of the poor boye of the city.
