Decatur. III*., Oct. 14.—When the state
finished Its testimony In the Maglll trial,
the defense entered a motion to have the
cose dismissed. It Is the feeling among
those who hove carefully listened to the
evidence, however, that Judge Cochran will
refuse to Issue the order.
Evidence presented this morning showed
