In the dining mom. whoro delicious salad and Ice courses wore served, the table, cov ered with Ince, hod for Its centerpiece a great howl filled with yellow chrys anthemums. Compotes held mints nnd bonbons In whlto and yellow, nnd the candelabra used had yellow allk shades. Small river vases placed here nnd there over the table held fragrant bouquets of violets. On the side porch, which la encased In glass, tho punch bowl was placed on a round table on which rial was the prevailing color used In decorating. Autumn loaves nnd red rhryenntlie- nmtns were massed about the punch bowl, nnd bright ted peppers were used effectively. Here Misses Corrlo Hoyt Brown and Maty Brown presided.
