Harriman and Hill interests had formed a trallic agreement and a call money rate of 6 per cent, caused a cheerful tone to be manifest In the stock market today. With the exception of Missouri I*a- eflo, which declined 2 5-8 points as the result of a decrease of $26,000 In groas earrings for the third week in Xo- vem^ \ the general list showed gains ranging from/l to 3 points.
