WE HAD TIME OF OUR LIVES,
SAY BOYS OF CORN CLUBS
That tho boy visitors to the corn
show, who saw ths whole town while
they were here, who couldn't be kept In
tho Auditorium or any other one place,
who climbed tho skyscrapers and rode
tho trolleys, enjoyed their stay In At
lanta, Is evidenced by the letter of
thanks they sent to the Chamber of
Commerce and the women who enter
tained them In private homes.
Tho boys' letter was sent to tho
Chamber of Commerce, accompanied by
the following from the Corn club
agents;
Thanks to the Chamber.
Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta:
Gentlemen—At the request of our
Corn club boys, wp are Inclosing an ex
pression of their sentiments toward
your body and the good ladles of At
lanta who so royally entertained them.
This paper was formally adopted by
them just after the parade today.
For ourselves and others associated
with us In this Corn club work, we can
not adequately express our apprecia
tion of the splendid hospitality shown
us and our boys this week, nor our ad
miration for the enterprise and public
spirit that Inspired and supported It.
We reel that the labors of all who are
enlisted In the campaign for better
farming and for happier homes will be
mude lighter as a result of this great
corn show. And it Is pleasant also to
reflect that, for the energy, enterprise
und liberality shown by the cltlsens of
Atlanta In assembling this magnificent
exhibition of the results of Intelligent
agriculture, your city can not fail to
reap a rich material reward In the fu
ture. Respectfully,
(Signed) J. PHIL CAMPBELL,
