When asked by the recorder what
they had to eay, the two boys admitted
thetr guilt. Jones denied he had any
connection whatever with the stolen

fined 95.76 Monday morning by Record
er Broyles on the charge - of attacking
and abusing Albert Dawson, who for
merly belonged to the linemen's union,
but who Is now working for the Bell
Telephone Company, the union linemen
of which are on etrlke.
The affair occurred Monday morning
In a Pryor street rpstaurant. Dawson
says Skates approached him, and, seis
ing him by the collar, told him he was
“lower flown than a-dog.” Dawson, who
Is sworn in as a special officer of the
telephone company, says he exhibited
hie badge to Skates ehd threatened' to
