Kill Unmuzzled Dog*.
Buffalo, N. Y, June 27.—Orders
were Issued by Chief Regan this
morning to the captains of each police
precinct to kill all, unmuzzled dogs
on sight. The order Is a result of
failure on the part of citizens to ob
serve the ordinance, which has result
ed In numerous children and some
adults bMng severely bitten by vagrant

waukee, delegates representing a num
ber of cities assembled In conven

publican state convention to nominate
candidates for governor and other
state officers was called to order here
early this afternoon.. Governor WII

defender of the prohibitory law and of
