Macon, Ga., June 30.—Greene and Gaynor, who have been confined In the Bibb county Jail here pending the out come of their appeal for a new trial, have asked for a transfer to the Sa vannah Jail, on the 'ground that they can tie nearer their attorneys. Judge Speer has the request under advisement. Marshal White says, however, If ths request Is granted, Greene and Gay nor will have to be confined In cells In the Savannah Jail and will not be allowed the freedom of the Jail yards.
